- Collaborate closely with the regional Supply Sales team to develop a robust commercial support strategy across 15 PeYa markets, ensuring that sales initiatives are backed by efficient operational support.
- Serve as a key support reference for Account Managers in each market, redesigning and optimizing processes.
- Act as a strategic link between the Regional Supply Sales team and global support operations (Delivery Hero).
- Manage a data-driven project roadmap focused on enhancing the Resolution Rate and Care PNPS of our partners.
- Present progress and impactful results to key regional stakeholders, showcasing the efficiencies gained through commercial-support synergy.
