As the Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will spearhead initiatives that support the strategic execution of global marketing programs and campaigns within our diverse ecosystem of strategic technology partners, system integrators, hyperscalers, and resellers. Our Partner Marketing team at Box is dedicated to effectively communicating our strategies to, through, and with our partners. Your expertise in the partner ecosystem, coupled with a solid understanding of Box's business goals, will enable you to equip our partners with the necessary marketing resources and tools to generate leads and grow their business.
This role demands cross-team collaboration, innovation, exceptional communication and presentation skills, along with a fervor for driving demand through our partner network. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-directed, and adept at managing multiple projects while working across various functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities
Develop strategic integrated marketing plans with our top partners, encompassing campaigns, digital initiatives, live events, and other programs tailored for key partners.
Gain an in-depth understanding of our diverse global partner ecosystem and identify how Box can effectively engage with different partner audiences and drive usage.
Establish the strategy for our partner marketing initiatives, devise effective operational methods, and apply metrics to ensure our efforts yield significant impact.
Collaborate closely with the partner sales and business development teams to facilitate pipeline growth across various partner types.
Prepare and present success metrics to partners, showcasing the value of our collaborative efforts.
