As a Senior Partner Operations Change Management Strategist, you will be vital in ensuring the seamless operation of our banking and payment partners. You will facilitate the launch of user-friendly products and features, engaging in daily communications, process design, execution, and long-term strategic relationship building. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams, including Product, Risk, Compliance, and Legal, to manage change effectively, enabling sustained growth and innovation. Your role will bridge the gap between our product teams and external banking partners, advocating for efficient collaboration and removing obstacles to empower our engineers and designers to innovate freely.
