Responsibilities
As a pivotal member of our team, you will:
- Manage and audit multi-state payroll for a large workforce on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and generate journal entries for the accounting team.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for our payroll system (ADP Workforce Now).
- Research and resolve complex payroll issues, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
