Your Impact:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior People Business Partner to play a pivotal role in our team! This position works closely with executive leadership at Formlabs, serving as a strategic partner to align every facet of the employee lifecycle with our business priorities. You will be integrated within a specific function, region, or business unit, possessing a broad scope and significant influence across the organization. If you are enthusiastic about utilizing your business acumen, analytical mindset, and interpersonal skills to make a tangible impact, we would love for you to be our next Senior People Business Partner.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Partnering: Act as the primary talent advisor for your team and leadership, bridging the gap between business objectives and people strategies. You will guide leaders in making informed decisions regarding talent, performance, and organizational development to propel the business forward.
- Performance & Development: Assist leaders in establishing clear objectives, mentoring their teams, and creating avenues for the professional growth of our talented workforce. Ensure that stellar contributions from Formlings are duly recognized.
- People Initiatives & Processes: Design, refine, and implement People processes and initiatives to elevate your teams and enhance efficiency. Manage the execution of established processes (such as performance reviews, surveys, training sessions, etc.) within your group.
- Data-Driven Insights: Provide valuable People data, translating metrics and qualitative information into actionable insights and strategies.
Leading Change: Collaborate with leadership to help teams navigate change and maintain alignment as Formlabs continues to evolve.
