Key ResponsibilitiesOversee Tier 1 cases in our case management system (ServiceNow), addressing employee requests and triaging issues to ensure timely and precise support.Manage shared inbox workflows while consistently meeting service level agreements (SLA) and quality standards, upholding a high standard of employee experience.Execute Workday transactions with accuracy, ensuring data integrity, completeness, and compliance across employee records.Identify and implement opportunities to automate and enhance People Operations processes and reporting workflows.Maintain and audit employee records to ensure compliance with regulations and uphold strong data integrity.Collaborate cross-functionally with teams, including Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits, to facilitate seamless People initiatives.
