About the Team and Position
We don’t do conventional HR at Carvana. As a Senior People & Operations Partner, you will be part strategist, part coach, and part culture advocate—fully integrated within the teams you support. You’ll collaborate directly with leaders across the organization on diverse topics ranging from performance management and talent development to organizational design and employee engagement. Your role will be to connect the dots between exceptional talent and outstanding results.
You will be hands-on in developing talent programs that genuinely deliver results—not just those that look good on paper. You will make informed decisions based on data, even in challenging situations, and introduce initiatives and processes that resonate with Carvana's unique culture rather than adhering to traditional HR norms. Work Environment
This is a fully on-site role based at our Corporate Headquarters. We believe that meaningful relationships and collaboration are best fostered through regular in-person interactions. Occasional travel to various field locations across the country may be required to support talent initiatives.
