Your Role as a Senior People Operations Specialist
We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Senior People Operations Specialist to elevate our employee experience and administrative processes. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and outstanding service. You will be responsible for managing payroll and benefits administration, serving as the key guardian of legal compliance in our operational regions. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, proficient in HRIS and payroll systems, and a trusted partner to both employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete employee journey, including legally compliant employment contracts, onboarding, promotions, and offboarding processes.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, manage employee benefits, and serve as the primary contact for health insurance inquiries.
- Compliance and Legal Adherence: Maintain and audit employee data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regional laws and regulations.
