Role Overview
We are in search of a Senior Manager of People Programs to take charge of and enhance our core talent and performance initiatives at Whatnot.
This pivotal role is at the heart of our performance, growth, and feedback processes – overseeing reviews and promotions, talent evaluations, and culture surveys. These programs are active throughout the year and impact every employee globally, so we need a candidate who excels in hands-on management, effective execution, problem-solving, and continuous simplification of processes.

This includes aligning stakeholders on objectives and timelines, driving communications, configuring systems, preparing calibrations, and coordinating across teams to ensure clarity and alignment with business priorities for managers and employees.
Manage Promotion and Compensation Workflows – Collaborate closely with Compensation, People Business Partners (PBPs), and other teams to ensure accurate performance data, seamless promotion and compensation workflows, and consistent follow-through on initiatives.
