About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Perception Engineer specializing in computer vision and machine learning with a strong background in robotics. This pivotal role involves developing advanced vision algorithms to automate beauty service experiences, ensuring rapid and precise detection, tracking, and classification in a unique consumer service context. This hands-on position requires the selection and adaptation of state-of-the-art methodologies to our custom-built, high-speed robotic system featuring four manipulators.
Our LUUM robots incorporate a sophisticated array of customized actuation and machine vision capabilities—leveraging both classical and neural network approaches—to meticulously manipulate and attach fine extension fibers to natural eyelashes. After over eight years of dedicated development, we have assembled numerous components of this intricate puzzle, successfully providing real services to thousands of satisfied repeat clients. As we unveil our newly launched fourth-generation system, equipped with more actuated degrees of freedom and significantly enhanced autonomy compared to leading surgical robots, we are eager to expand our talented team to push the boundaries of this technology even further.
