Your Responsibilities at Kittl
In the role of Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of our performance marketing strategies, particularly focusing on optimizing our Paid Search initiatives. This high-impact position involves managing six-figure monthly budgets to effectively drive subscription growth.
While ensuring continued success on Social platforms, your main focus will be diving deep into Google Ads data to restructure campaigns for scalability. You will advocate for a culture of rapid creative testing and collaborate with our design teams to provide high-converting assets to the algorithms. Ultimately, you will be the architect of our paid growth engine, balancing aggressive scaling with strict CPA and ROI objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize & Scale Paid Search: Lead the end-to-end management of Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display), conducting thorough analyses and restructuring accounts to enhance performance and drive scalable growth.
Oversee Multi-Channel Strategy: Manage and optimize six-figure monthly budgets across Google and Meta, ensuring efficient capital allocation to maximize overall ROI.
Implement High-Velocity Experimentation: Drive the experimentation roadmap, executing rigorous A/B tests on ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates and reduce CPAs.
Conduct In-Depth Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and refine marketing efforts.
