As the Senior Manager of Personalization, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with regional promoters and venues to design and implement outstanding personalized experiences and offerings for our consumers. Your efforts will span the entire lifecycle of their relationship with AEG, focusing on maximizing ancillary revenue through the effective use of our marketing technology stack and data-driven strategies.
Your role will require a blend of industry expertise and leadership with hands-on execution of omnichannel campaigns and multi-touch journeys aimed at enhancing revenue and optimizing consumer engagement against established KPIs and goals. You will utilize data analytics to assess the performance of all initiatives, ensuring accurate attribution reporting and insights through web analytics.
In this position, you will work closely with operational and booking teams to create, curate, and market premium and ancillary offerings across your designated venues. Collaborating with partners such as Ticketing Partner AXS, you will strive to enhance the consumer experience, driving growth in sales and conversion rates.
Providing mentorship and leadership to local marketing teams, you will also support operational teams, including venue general managers, enabling and expanding their initiatives with a constant focus on revenue generation and consumer satisfaction.
