Pure Storage, a frontrunner in flash technology and data storage solutions, is looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Pre-Sales Systems Engineer to enhance our vibrant team.
In this pivotal role, you will delve into our clients' unique challenges and customize Pure Storage solutions to address their specific requirements. You will work in tandem with the sales team as a technical authority during the sales process, demonstrating the exceptional value of our offerings.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of what drives our customers' businesses and influences their decision-making processes.
- Translate technology solutions, including the Pure Storage portfolio and complementary products, into measurable business outcomes for customers.
- Collaborate closely with account managers, specialists, and channel partners to ensure a cohesive and integrated customer experience, aimed at driving revenue growth and acquiring new business.
- Impress clients and colleagues with your technical expertise and leadership in storage products, distributed storage architectures, file systems, and competitive offerings within DAS, NAS, and SAN environments.
- Oversee evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations.
- Create and deliver compelling technical product and architecture presentations that secure technical wins for clients and prospective accounts.
- Identify and convert customer requirements into innovative solutions that foster their growth and capacity.
- Proactively explore and initiate new opportunities for interoperability, functional, and performance testing/validation.
- Facilitate roadmap and planning discussions with mutual exchanges.
- Collaborate with product and technical marketing to generate materials (e.g., whitepapers, web presentations) that align with overall alliance strategies and objectives.
- Stay informed about competitive offerings and industry trends.
