Narvar is expanding its horizons! We are seeking a Senior Presales Solutions Engineer who will play a vital role in achieving our fiscal goals. By leveraging your technical expertise, you will enhance our team's effectiveness across various sectors. You will be instrumental in building strong relationships with Account Executives and Customer Success teams, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions and outstanding client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical discovery phase, providing engaging presentations and demonstrating product value through customized showcases.
- Create and implement comprehensive solutions that align with both business and technical requirements, contributing to Narvar's strategic vision.
- Develop and maintain essential customer documentation, such as architectural diagrams, workflow charts, and integration strategies, to promote transparency and alignment with our offerings.
- Assist in responding to RFI/RFP inquiries, security assessments, and the drafting of SOWs, emphasizing precise implementation timelines and building technical credibility.
- Steer customer discussions with insightful technical knowledge to address inquiries and highlight our expertise in post-purchase innovation.
- Facilitate conversations around data governance, stressing the strategic utilization of order and inventory data to enhance customer outcomes.
- Stay informed on industry trends and maintain up-to-date product knowledge through competitive analysis, industry events, and customer insights.
- Engage actively in solution engineering community networks and demonstrate commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth.
Qualifications
- A robust background with 5+ years of experience in solution engineering, presales, or related technical roles in the software sector.
- Deep understanding of SaaS, platform migrations, data migrations, API frameworks, and web technologies.
- Proficient with iPaaS frameworks, e-commerce platforms (Salesforce, Shopify, etc.), customer service tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.), OMS, PIM, Jira, ERP, CRM, WMS, and relevant technologies.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Skilled at managing deliverables across diverse cross-functional teams, demonstrating effective interaction at all organizational tiers.
- A curious mindset and dedication to lifelong learning, with practical experience in product demonstration settings and continuous skill enhancement.
