About the Role:
As a Senior Privacy Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive the correct products, entitlements, and communications promptly. This position is part of our Consumer Services & Inside Sales (CSIS) team, working closely with support, sales IT, and external vendors to maintain accurate, timely, and scalable fulfillment and Executive Privacy workflows as we expand.
You will be responsible for the daily monitoring of fulfillment and removal processes, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and utilizing both traditional analytics and AI-powered tools to recommend improvements that minimize defects and rework. You should be adept at using AI assistants for research, documentation, and analysis while ensuring strong human judgment and quality control are upheld.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee end-to-end order, entitlement, and fulfillment workflows to guarantee timely and precise delivery for Executive Privacy and consumer customers.
· Manage daily execution of Executive Privacy removal strategies, including monitoring, auditing, and quality checks to ensure optimal outcomes and thorough due diligence.
