About The Role:
As a Senior Manager of Procurement Operations, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating Notion's rapid, secure, and responsible growth. You will be tasked with developing and refining systems and processes that not only scale effectively but also optimize our vendor sourcing and management strategies. Your leadership will ensure that our procurement team is equipped to achieve their best outcomes.
In this key position, you will spearhead operational excellence by overseeing procurement technologies, enhancing end-to-end source-to-pay (S2P) workflows, and fostering visibility and scalability across the organization.
Your Key Achievements Will Include:
Technology Leadership: Take ownership of procurement systems and collaborate on source-to-pay (S2P) platforms, working closely with system administrators and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration (e.g., Zip, NetSuite, Ironclad, Ramp, Navan, or similar).
Operational Scaling: Design and implement robust systems and workflows that evolve with the company while ensuring operational excellence. Identify and address operational requirements, gaps, and inefficiencies throughout the S2P lifecycle to drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
Cost Efficiency: Discover opportunities to reduce expenses without sacrificing quality or reliability.
Collaborative Partnerships: Work alongside Finance, Accounting, Legal, IT, and departmental leaders to align S2P systems and processes with business objectives. This will entail developing and executing procurement processes that balance cost efficiency, quality, and speed.
