ABOUT THE TEAM:
You will join our Member Experience team, dedicated to enhancing the member experience across our business management platform on both mobile and web interfaces. This cross-functional team comprises Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers, all working within a continuous discovery and development framework. We also oversee the Design System for Tide, ensuring we deliver consistent and cohesive experiences worldwide.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our Senior Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven decisions that significantly improve the member experience across Tide’s product offerings. Your insights will steer product strategy, ensuring our front-end solutions are effective and closely aligned with our members' needs and journeys. This position requires a unique combination of technical expertise and business insight, as you will analyze member interaction data, enhance on-platform user journeys, and conduct thorough pre- and post-launch assessments of UI/UX improvements.
This role is ideal for an independent and proactive individual with a strong background in the product community. You are not just a digital product expert but also a passionate advocate for data-driven decision-making and an innovative thinker who can translate insights into impactful product features.
