Position Overview:
As a Senior Product Analyst at Zoro, you will be instrumental in guiding our digital product strategy through insightful, data-driven analysis. Collaborating closely with Digital Product Managers, your role will involve pinpointing opportunities, assessing the effectiveness of initiatives, and shaping the strategic roadmap to improve customer experiences. You will conduct and evaluate A/B tests, perform pre/post and causal impact analyses, and work alongside UX researchers to delve into user behavior, successful paths, and potential pain points. Product Analysts are expected to cultivate deep domain expertise while disseminating best practices and insights across the analytics community.
