We invite you to become a part of Fairmarkit’s Product Design team as a Senior Product Designer II. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the design efforts within a critical product area, crafting intuitive experiences that are both powerful and trustworthy, even in the face of complex procurement workflows and data.
This position is ideal for a designer who excels at navigating ambiguous, high-impact challenges from conception to delivery, establishing clear design direction, and enhancing team performance through design excellence, influence, and mentorship.

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
- Lead a major product domain. Oversee comprehensive design for a high-impact area throughout the stages of discovery, delivery, and iteration.
- Set design direction. Establish and convey a definitive design perspective that aligns with product strategy and organizational objectives.
- Drive problem framing. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Data teams to pinpoint the right challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Simplify complex workflows. Create elegant user experiences for intricate, data-intensive procurement journeys.
- Align stakeholders through ambiguity. Clarify objectives, trade-offs, and priorities to keep teams focused and progressing.
- Use insight to steer strategy. Integrate research, user feedback, market trends, and data analytics to inform design direction.
- Lead research efforts. Spearhead user research initiatives to gather insights that enhance design processes.
