Spring Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to become a vital member of our Member Growth team. Reporting to the Senior Design Manager, you will harness the complete product design process to enhance the utilization of Spring benefits, facilitate access to appropriate care, and refine our member platform. You will co-lead your team, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Marketing professionals to execute Spring’s product strategy through innovative experiments and strategic investments aimed at eliminating mental health barriers globally.
Please note that this is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, with an expectation to be in the office 2-3 days a week. Our San Francisco office is located at 2 Embarcadero Center.
