Qualifications
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Esri product management and user communities to translate user needs and industry requirements into actionable development objectives.
Work alongside software engineers, product engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and test ArcGIS functionalities related to data management for enterprise geodatabases and management services such as utility networks, feature services, network diagrams, version management, geodata, and WFS.
Lead the planning, design, quality assurance, certification, and deployment of ArcGIS data management functionalities.
Establish documentation objectives to effectively communicate advanced technology to our user community.
Regularly update internal stakeholders and senior management on project plans and progress.
Identify and integrate new technologies and patterns into our existing software framework.
Facilitate the development process, including release planning, iteration planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives.
Evaluate product quality and readiness for release.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and/or implementing solutions using ArcGIS software.
Proficiency in an application development language, such as C#, Java, C++, or Python.
Strong expertise in a commercial relational database management system (RDBMS).
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills at both technical and management levels.
Exceptional problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities.
A self-driven team player eager for continuous learning and capable of guiding colleagues towards excellence.
