Senior Product Line Manager - Riflescopes
Starting Base Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000 (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Product Line Manager:
- Analyze industry trends, product dynamics, and brand opportunities while assessing risks. Prioritize consumer needs and monitor competitor activities.
- Lead the product planning process, including strategic end-of-life considerations. Develop and maintain a 3-5 year brand Product Roadmap while identifying short-term “opportunity” products and promotions.
- Oversee promotional campaigns for the assigned product category, providing guidance on special make-ups, discounts, and sponsorships that affect brand perception, sales, or contribution margins.
- Define specific product requirements and collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Consumer Services to ensure alignment.
- Develop forecasts and inventory strategies for the product line, setting specific sales and profitability targets while maintaining a performance tracking scorecard.
- Provide management with data, analysis, and recommendations to support new product initiatives and the budgeting process.
- Work with marketing to assess the effectiveness of enhancements to marketing, advertising, and promotional programs for the assigned product category.
- Lead product introduction and launch initiatives, particularly with key or strategic accounts.
