The KAYAK Network team is at the forefront of travel discovery, collaborating with our global brands and hundreds of affiliate partners to assist millions of travelers in finding and booking their dream trips. We create compelling ad experiences and robust tools to connect our partners with the most relevant audiences.
As a Senior Product Manager, AdTech, you will take charge of the strategy and execution of KAYAK’s auction platform, driving value for advertisers, boosting user engagement, and contributing to revenue growth. This highly technical role sits at the intersection of machine learning, systems engineering, and pricing strategy. You will work alongside outstanding teams to design, test, and scale the future of our auction dynamics.
This position requires in-office work at one of our Massachusetts locations for at least three days a week.
In this role, you will:
Experiment and Optimize: Develop clear, measurable hypotheses aimed at improving key performance metrics, design experiments to validate assumptions, and leverage insights for long-term growth.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with technical and business teams to shape strategic initiatives and foster sustainable growth through auctions.
Own the Roadmap: Establish quarterly objectives for the team and oversee feature development from concept through launch.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Champion Customer Needs: Work closely with business and product design teams to identify opportunities and address partner and traveler needs across all segments.
Measure What Matters: Define, track, and influence the key metrics that gauge auction performance and impact.
