We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and expansion of agentic AI systems at Level AI. This role will involve close collaboration with Engineering, Applied AI/ML, Design, and customer-facing teams to deliver production-ready agentic capabilities that thrive in real customer environments. You will focus on execution, customer impact, and rigorous production standards, with pathways for wider platform ownership in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement product strategies for agentic AI systems, ensuring measurable outcomes for customers and the business.
Manage significant aspects of the agentic system lifecycle, covering orchestration, decision-making, evaluation, and iteration.
Contribute to the establishment of a repeatable framework for launching, assessing, and refining agentic capabilities across various customer implementations.
Define metrics for measuring and enhancing agentic systems in production, ensuring a balance between autonomy, safety, and reliability.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Applied AI/ML, Design, and Solutions teams to deploy production-ready systems.
Engage directly with customers to comprehend workflows, requirements, and success metrics.
Drive prioritization informed by customer feedback and real usage patterns.
