We are on the lookout for a strategic and data-driven Senior Product Manager to spearhead the vision, development, and enhancement of our Search Results platform. You will set product priorities, engage stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams to elevate the relevance, accuracy, and overall business impact of search experiences for millions of users.
Main Responsibilities
As the Senior Product Manager for this vital component of our platform, you will significantly influence the entire Retailer journey for our clients, as well as support Brands in gaining visibility and expanding their business.
Product Strategy and Roadmap: Collaborate with the Data Science team and Head of Product to devise and implement a comprehensive product roadmap for the discovery process, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and customer needs.
Feature Prioritization and Planning: Assess and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer insights, market research, and data analysis. Partner with cross-functional teams to establish clear requirements and timelines for execution, balancing user experience, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
User Experience Optimization: Continuously enhance the usability, efficiency, and effectiveness of the search, inspiration, and discovery flow to boost customer satisfaction and conversion rates. Conduct user testing and gather valuable feedback.
Technical Collaboration: Work in close partnership with data science, analytics, and engineering teams to harness extensive datasets and machine learning models for result ranking and personalization.
Analytics and Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success of search initiatives and optimize future strategies.
