Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Manager to spearhead our Attribute Enrichment team, a vital component of our product strategy. This team is dedicated to enhancing the depth, quality, and breadth of product data through machine learning-driven enrichment, thereby elevating the product discovery experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a hands-on implementer who thrives in fast-paced settings, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about creating products that address genuine customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a high-impact product strategy, prioritizing top value streams for attribute enrichment informed by data, customer insights, and business objectives.
- Craft and communicate a compelling value proposition for the Attribute Enrichment product, validated through customer feedback.
- Drive product adoption by leading iterative development and release cycles that enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with our Product Strategy and go-to-market teams to streamline time-to-demo, ensuring rapid testing of attribute capabilities.
- Establish and monitor key product performance and quality metrics, utilizing them to guide prioritization and ongoing product enhancements.
- Engage regularly with customers to collect feedback, pinpoint pain points, and validate roadmap decisions.
- Advocate for a fast-paced, high-quality iterative product development cycle, ensuring the team can swiftly adapt to changes.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams to optimize workflows and minimize friction.
- Act as the voice of the customer and the business, ensuring the Attribute Enrichment roadmap aligns with actual needs and delivers measurable value.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in machine learning enrichment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, demonstrating a successful track record of launching high-quality products in fast-paced, technical environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and with customers.
- Experience with machine learning concepts and their application in product enrichment is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
