ABOUT THE TEAM
You will join the Channels & Optimisation product area within Member Engagement Marketing, which focuses on marketing technology and customer engagement platforms. Our mission is to empower Tide with advanced CRM, CEP, and CDP capabilities, ensuring that every communication channel—from notifications to emails and in-app journeys—provides relevant, timely, and personalized experiences that drive engagement, retention, and growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Product Manager in Channels & Optimisation, you will:
- Lead key Martech product domains (CRM, CEP, CDP) from concept to implementation and beyond.
- Drive initiatives ranging from enabling new channels to refining existing features and capabilities for enhanced relevance, impact, and measurability.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Marketing teams to design scalable solutions with a global perspective, supporting members across the UK, India, Germany, France, and beyond.
- Ensure Tide effectively utilizes the right blend of first-party data and engagement tools to deliver personalized, omnichannel experiences.
- Steer product discovery efforts, validating hypotheses through qualitative and quantitative insights to optimize engagement strategies.
