The Role
As a Senior Product Manager at Zippy, you will play a pivotal role in defining the end-to-end experience for our diverse customer segments, which include home buyers, retail partners, and internal users who depend on our products daily. Your focus will be on creating experiences that are intuitive, consistent, and scalable, catering effectively to the varying needs of different user types across the organization.
Your role will span multiple aspects of product management. You will collaborate cross-functionally to establish experience strategies, enhance usability throughout the customer journey, and ensure that our offerings are easy to adopt, efficient in use, and aligned with Zippy’s overarching business goals. Your mission will be to drive clarity, minimize friction, and deliver experiences that foster both growth and operational excellence.
