Role Overview
Ebury is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) initiatives in the Financial Crime Intelligence Product team. This role sits in the León office with a hybrid schedule: four days onsite and one day remote each week. The position reports to the Head of Financial Crime Intelligence Product.
As Ebury grows into new markets and serves a broader range of clients, strong KYC and KYB practices are critical for compliance and sustainable business. This role shapes how Ebury identifies, assesses, and manages risk for individuals, SMEs, and complex corporate structures throughout the client lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Product Ownership
- Balance customer experience, company growth, and risk management across onboarding and ongoing client processes.
- Develop and execute the KYC/KYB strategy, ensuring alignment with the Financial Crime Intelligence Product’s objectives and Ebury’s broader vision.
- Translate strategic goals into a clear, actionable roadmap for KYC and KYB workflows.
- Oversee onboarding and regulatory requirements that vary by jurisdiction.
- Enhance KYC/KYB journeys, verification steps, risk rating frameworks, ongoing due diligence, periodic reviews, and event-driven risk assessments.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with operational and compliance teams to ensure controls are effective, easy to understand, and audit-ready.
- Work with operations teams to improve case management, review workflows, and strengthen supporting tools.
Location and Work Model
This position is based in León with a hybrid arrangement: four days per week in the office, one day remote.
