As the Senior Product Manager for Flight Connectivity at Hopper, you will spearhead the integration of global airlines and third-party partners, ensuring our flight inventory scales effectively while providing a premier booking experience.
You will be responsible for the technical delivery and ongoing enhancement of our supply ecosystem, utilizing AI-driven automation to expedite partner onboarding and optimize price competitiveness, bookability, and system latency.
In this high-impact position, your expertise in bridging complex API architectures with commercial objectives will be pivotal in shaping the robustness and credibility of Hopper's flight marketplace.
This position is fully remote, offering you flexibility in your work environment.
Your Daily Responsibilities
Lead the comprehensive integration of external flight supply partners, including airlines and GDS, through high-performance connectivity APIs.
Convert intricate commercial and technical requirements into straightforward product specifications for shopping, booking, and post-booking automation.
Prioritize and oversee a dynamic roadmap aimed at enhancing integration quality, decreasing time-to-market, and minimizing system errors.
Track and refine core supply metrics such as pricing competitiveness, booking success rates, and API latency to guarantee an uninterrupted user experience.
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop scalable and stable backend solutions adhering to internal platform standards.
Deploy AI-native solutions for anomaly detection in pricing, automated issue resolution, and partner data mapping.
Work in tandem with commercial and partner success teams to onboard new supply sources and address performance deficiencies in availability or functionality.
Standardize integration protocols to enhance the scalability of partner onboarding and operational efficiency.
Communicate progress, technical challenges, and performance outcomes to cross-functional stakeholders throughout the organization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
A minimum of 6 years of product management experience, particularly in high-growth, execution-driven settings.
Technical proficiency in APIs, backend systems, and third-party integrations to effectively collaborate with engineering on complex connectivity issues.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on results and a history of successful project management.
