Reporting to the VP of Product, New Ventures, the Senior Product Manager will manage the entire user onboarding and retention funnel for a new product at Spring Health—overseeing everything from initial contact to long-term user engagement. This pivotal role acts as the liaison between marketing, data analytics, engineering, and design, holding responsibility for the campaigns and experiences that convert awareness into engaged and retained users.
Please note that this is a hybrid role based in New York City, requiring in-office presence 2–3 days per week at our office located at 60 Madison Avenue. Candidates must reside in the NYC metro area or be willing to relocate independently within 90 days of their start date, with occasional travel required for team meetings.
