Your Mission
At GetYourGuide, successful Product Managers possess a growth mindset, driving business and customer impact by identifying opportunities, securing stakeholder buy-in, and executing with urgency.
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy for your product area, establish clear, measurable objectives, and take full ownership of the outcomes. Drive sustained customer impact through a long-term roadmap (12 months+), pinpointing areas for significant impact.
- Clearly communicate and connect your product area’s strategy to the company’s mission. Break down the strategy into actionable steps, keep stakeholders regularly updated on progress, and generate excitement for your long-term vision. Foster alignment across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Utilize customer feedback, market trends, and business metrics to guide decision-making. Prioritize initiatives, reassess the roadmap based on new insights, and ensure the most valuable features are delivered first. Make strategic decisions on sequencing and prioritizing product work to maximize impact and learning.
- Build trust with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external, to set clear expectations and align them with your product area’s roadmap. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and create organizational buy-in.
