- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and legal, to articulate product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely execution.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, using insights to shape product strategy and roadmap.
- Define and monitor key product metrics and KPIs, performing regular performance evaluations and iterating product features to optimize user experience and meet business objectives.
- Analyze and enhance current customer experiences, identifying friction points to create seamless interactions.
- Leverage iyzico’s strategic and competitive insights to develop best-in-class products.
- Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams (business, engineering, UX) to execute effectively.
- Develop product strategies, requirements, and specifications, continuously refining them based on market feedback.
- Drive product development to provide end-to-end solutions in partnership with the iyzico engineering team and other departments.
- Evaluate competitive offerings and industry trends to ensure product differentiation, effective positioning, and impactful communications.
