Tide is on the lookout for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our Partner Credit Services team. This dynamic group focuses on partner credit products designed to provide our members with access to funding, facilitating their business growth. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with a team dedicated to building an exceptional credit marketplace experience while addressing critical challenges faced by micro, small, and medium enterprises. We seek an individual who is enthusiastic about joining a rapidly expanding scale-up and contributing to the development of a scalable cross-border credit experience.
About the role
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for our Partner Credit Services team, tasked with delivering a customer-centric credit experience through scalable, efficient, and impactful solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the strategy and roadmap from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with Tide’s customer needs and overarching business objectives.
- Take full responsibility for outcomes, collaborating with senior leadership, engineering, design, and various cross-functional teams to swiftly deliver high-impact solutions.
- Coordinate global stakeholders and provide clarity through effective planning, prioritization, and proactive management of dependencies.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and design to implementation.
