We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to spearhead the strategy and execution of our Partner Data Ingestion (PDI) and reporting ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that partner data is accurate, timely, and trustworthy, thereby enabling our business to effectively scale paid marketing efforts, enhance business intelligence, and confidently increase partner revenue.
Your extensive experience in fintech, consumer finance, lead generation, or data-centric environments will be invaluable in understanding the business drivers behind partner performance. This position demands strong ownership, a results-oriented mindset, and the capacity to delve into data, systems, and processes.
You will collaborate closely with an Engineering Manager to create a cohesive product roadmap while influencing cross-functional teams across data engineering, product engineering, analytics, marketing, finance, and business development. You will balance long-term strategic goals with hands-on execution, ensuring our developments align with internal customer needs and overarching business objectives.
Within the first year, a successful candidate will have worked with the team to improve partner data accuracy to over 99% of accounts receivable revenue match, under 1% unattributed ingestions, under 1% failed ingestions, and over 99% ingestions completed within 24 hours of receipt across our organization.
This position reports to the VP of Engineering.
