Key Responsibilities:
Health Care Provider (HCP) Relationship Management:
• Achieve and exceed performance targets within the Delta Region for the Allergan Aesthetics (AA) portfolio.
• Develop a strategic pre-call plan utilizing SMART objectives and proficiently assess each call, documenting outcomes thereafter.
• Employ evidence-based medical knowledge during interactions (including clinical literature); effectively utilize approved promotional materials to enhance communication.
• Skillfully address objections and concerns, consistently securing logical calls to action during each interaction.
• Provide education and insights to medical providers and their staff.
• Identify, nurture, and sustain relationships with disease state experts and advocates.
• Innovatively access hard-to-reach HCPs, translating results and insights to enhance brand outcomes through collaboration with management.
• Distinguish the unique value proposition of the AA portfolio to all assigned healthcare providers.
• Continuously gather market intelligence regarding the needs, expectations, and challenges faced by HCPs, sharing insights with field and brand teams to inform strategies.
• Proactively strive to meet HCP needs in accordance with company guidelines and compliance policies.
• Share best practices to drive success across brand teams.
• Initiate and execute a personal growth plan to evolve within the role and prepare for future opportunities.
• Exhibit expertise in disease states, products, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.
• Maintain a thorough engagement plan focusing on key HCPs to exceed established goals.
• Design a call journey plan to optimize coverage and frequency with key HCPs, ensuring adherence to call plan metrics.
• Identify HCP positions within promotional cycles accurately, targeting and managing resources to maximize business opportunities while complying with industry standards and AbbVie policies.
• Consistently meet call metrics, including field days and call rates, to enhance outcomes.
• Ensure accurate sample management in compliance with policies, completing all administrative duties punctually while meeting communication protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with in-field teams and network with district sales teams for comprehensive support.
