About the Role We are seeking a passionate Go-To-Market (GTM) & Launch Manager to join our Product Enablement team in Sydney. This pivotal role is designed to infuse rigor, coordination, and strategic insights into how we deploy product changes and new features across Quantium's extensive suite of retail analytics products, including our flagship Q.Checkout platform. As the central gatekeeper for product launches and communication, you will ensure that all updates—from significant feature releases to compliance-driven adjustments—are meticulously coordinated, tested, communicated, and executed successfully. Operating in multiple markets, including Australia, the UK, and the US, you will collaborate closely with product managers, consumer marketing teams, client success, sales, and technical teams across these regions to ensure seamless execution. Given the global scope of this role, occasional availability outside of standard Sydney business hours will be necessary to engage with stakeholders in the UK and US. While we maintain flexibility in scheduling, it is important to recognize that this role may occasionally require adaptability in your work hours.How Will You Make an Impact?Launch Coordination: Manage the comprehensive go-to-market process for product releases, from readiness evaluations to stakeholder alignment, launch sequencing, and post-release communication.Release Communication: Convert complex product and data changes into straightforward, accessible communications for internal teams and external users, ensuring timely and structured updates for clients.Calendar Management: Oversee a consolidated go-to-market calendar to sequence releases across various products and markets, preventing overlaps and safeguarding user experience.Stakeholder Management: Serve as the liaison between product, commercial, client success, and marketing teams, coordinating competing priorities and building trusted relationships across the organization and geographical boundaries.
