This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence at our Barcelona location in the Poblenou neighborhood for at least two days each week, specifically Mondays and Thursdays. Candidates must be based in Barcelona or be willing to relocate.
Who We're Seeking:
Our Operations, Strategy, and Transformation (OS&T) team plays a crucial role in supporting our frontline agents and management by driving transformative changes in process design, policy adjustments, enhanced data visualization, and training improvements. The OS&T team also advocates for modifications in product design, marketplace management, and marketing content that better serve our customers and support teams.
We are on the lookout for a customer-centric, data-driven change agent to help actualize our Operations’ strategic vision. As the Program Manager, you will spearhead strategic initiatives that enhance the customer experience for our community of pet sitters, owners, and their beloved pets. You will refine workflows and policies while integrating innovative tools and technologies that empower our frontline teams. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving impactful initiatives across Rover.
