As Zapier forges ahead in the enterprise sector, operational excellence is paramount. The Senior Program Manager will spearhead the comprehensive incident management program within Zapier's Product and Engineering division, overseeing response strategies, post-incident reviews, and everything in between. You will report directly to the Director of Engineering for Internal Platforms & Infrastructure, taking ownership of the program’s design, implementation, and results. Your role will involve building the program and harnessing AI to amplify its effectiveness.
We seek a candidate with extensive experience in incident management who is adept at navigating through uncertainties and collaborating across various domains including engineering, support, security, and go-to-market strategies. You possess a vision for the future of AI-enhanced incident management and will guide us in that direction. As Zapier's product offerings expand rapidly, so too will the intricacies and importance of effective incident management. This role will evolve in tandem with that complexity.
