Your Role:
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, deeply understanding their objectives and expectations.
Plan and execute project deliveries punctually, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Manage Fixed Price and Time & Material projects efficiently.
Adapt your role as either an Agile/Waterfall Project Manager or Scrum Master based on project requirements.
Monitor progress against agreed-upon timelines, proactively manage risks, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
Oversee project scope and budget, managing change requests in accordance with contractual agreements.
Build and lead successful project teams, including mixed provider-client teams.
Ensure transparency and effectiveness in work processes, facilitating clear communication among team members and clients.
Maintain high ethical standards, integrity, and quality management principles.
Work either from the office or remotely, though we encourage visiting us at least once a month.
