Your Role
Forge and nurture long-term client partnerships, deeply understanding their objectives and expectations.
Plan and execute project deliveries on schedule, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Oversee both Fixed Price and Time & Material projects.
Adapt your role as either Agile/Waterfall Project Manager or Scrum Master according to project requirements.
Monitor project progress against timelines, proactively manage risks, and implement necessary corrective measures.
Control project scope and budget, processing change requests as per contractual agreements.
Build and lead effective project teams, including blended provider-client teams.
Ensure transparency and effectiveness of work, maintaining clear communication among team members and clients.
Uphold high standards of ethics, integrity, and management quality.
Work remotely, with a preference for visiting the office at least once a month.
