ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance, workforce planning, and training programs dedicated to the delivery of AI training data across multiple projects. You will strive to enhance performance, ensure compliance, and optimize processes across various initiatives. Collaborating closely with the Senior Quality Analyst, you will share accountability for client outcomes and team success while managing quality, workforce, and training programs that scale Generative AI data operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality team to monitor QA plans (sampling, audits, acceptance criteria), track defect risks, and lead corrective actions to prevent recurrences.
Workforce Planning: Accurately forecast capacity needs, schedule shifts, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to achieve volume and turnaround targets.
Training Programs: Develop and deliver training and certification for raters/annotators and coordinators, updating materials as guidelines evolve.
Performance Management: Maintain dashboards for throughput, quality, productivity, and cost, translating data into actionable insights for improvement.
