Key Responsibilities
Direct multiple utility infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Provide mentorship to engineers and project managers, offering technical support and fostering career development.
Manage proposals, contracts, fee justifications, and budget projections.
Collaborate with clients, regulatory bodies, subconsultants, and internal teams.
Represent the firm in client meetings, public forums, and presentations.
Guarantee QA/QC compliance for all project outputs and documentation.
Assess project risks, tackle challenges, and track financial performance.
Qualifications
Must be a Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
A minimum of 10 years' experience in utility infrastructure.
Demonstrated expertise in managing drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
Exceptional leadership, client relations, and communication skills.
Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality.
