Job Description:
We are in search of a seasoned Senior Proposal Customer Success Manager to lead the adoption and ensure the satisfaction and success of our AI-driven platform within our government contracting clientele. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary liaison for our clients, helping them extract maximum value from our solutions and enabling them to achieve their strategic objectives. Your extensive knowledge of the government contracting landscape, along with your skills in analyzing and resolving customer challenges, will be essential in fostering robust, enduring relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for designated clients, cultivating strong relationships and ensuring their success with our AI-driven platform.
Conduct regular client check-ins to grasp their objectives, challenges, and feedback while offering strategic guidance to facilitate their success.
Craft and implement customer success plans, pinpointing avenues for enhanced adoption, engagement, and value realization.
Deliver training and support to clients, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively utilize our platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to meet client needs and drive ongoing improvement of our solutions.
Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for enhancing our platform and services.
