Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance & Platform Compliance Lead - Applications Industry
About the Role
The Senior Quality Assurance (QA) & Platform Compliance Lead will play a pivotal role in establishing, monitoring, and enhancing quality standards across various operational, traceability, and sustainability initiatives within the applications industry. This position ensures adherence to internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), regulatory standards, and data integrity benchmarks while acting as a critical governance and assurance function supporting Operations, Project Management, and Senior Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Framework & Governance: Develop, implement, and sustain quality management frameworks and control mechanisms across all operational projects, ensuring compliance with client SLAs and regulatory requirements.
- Audits, Inspections & Compliance: Plan and execute regular internal audits and compliance reviews, leading root cause analyses for quality non-conformities and overseeing corrective action plans.
- Data Quality & Traceability Assurance: Guarantee the accuracy and reliability of data across systems and traceability platforms, enforcing data validation rules and monitoring data flow from field operations to dashboards.
- Operational Quality & Performance Monitoring: Assess operational performance against quality KPIs and support project leaders with quality insights and improvement recommendations.
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to quality standards and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
