We have reached $1 billion in travel transactions, and now we seek a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to strengthen our QA team. This role will act as a vital link between our headquarters' culture and our global BPO network. You will not only be monitoring metrics and managing tickets; you will be the advocate for customer experience, ensuring that travel arrangements processed by agents in Manila reflect the seamless service that Perk is known for.
