As a Senior Recruiter at SaaS Talent, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client pipeline through bespoke LinkedIn searches that align with specific job requirements. Your expertise in prospecting will help us identify and engage ideal candidates for our recruitment campaigns. The primary objective is to build a strong pipeline of top-tier candidates for our lead to interview and present to clients.
This role demands a blend of creative and analytical outreach to precisely target the right talent for our campaigns. If a candidate meets the criteria, you will facilitate an interview with our lead technical recruiter to initiate the screening process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement targeted recruiting campaigns for our clients utilizing the SaaS Talent hyper-targeting process, while also conducting A/B tests to optimize outcomes.
- Data: Utilize advanced tools for aggressive candidate targeting on LinkedIn.
- Messaging: Refine and enhance messaging strategies to attract talent for our clients.
- Outreach: Identify and engage potential candidates that meet job specifications through LinkedIn and email.
- Coordination: Manage the process of sending qualified candidates to our hiring leads for screening.
- Document and Track Progress: Utilize software tools like Hubspot, Saleshandy, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Slack to monitor your recruitment efforts weekly.
