Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and scheduling multi-stage interviews with hiring teams and candidates, including phone screens, conference calls, video calls, and in-person interviews.
- Providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding process, acting as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and People Operations.
- Collecting, organizing, and distributing necessary interview documentation to both candidates and internal teams.
- Updating candidates on their status throughout the interview process and communicating progress to recruiters and hiring managers.
- Addressing scheduling conflicts creatively and expediting the interview process when obstacles arise.
- Utilizing recruitment tools to assess candidates’ skills through various tests and assignments.
