About the Role:
As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include managing a variety of complex administrative tasks within the Recruiting Department, which significantly shape candidates' perceptions of our company and influence hiring outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with the Recruiting team and colleagues across all levels to support candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding journeys. Your efforts will be crucial in delivering a rich candidate experience while embodying and amplifying our company’s brand. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage intricate interview scheduling involving multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate with executive assistants and senior leadership to align priorities and ensure seamless coordination.
- Maintain up-to-date, compliant job descriptions and assist Managers in crafting and editing them as necessary.
- Foster relationships with external recruiting partners, including universities, employment agencies, and online recruiting platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role that supports senior or executive-level hiring.
- Exceptional communication skills—professional, polished, and approachable in all interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
