The Role:
We are on the lookout for a seasoned recruiter to lead our Change & Transformation desk. This desk boasts a strong track record, having historically generated over £400k in revenue.
This position is ideal for an individual with extensive permanent billing experience who is ready to take ownership, expand the desk, and build a team around them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Partnership: Establish and nurture robust client relationships, providing market insights, salary benchmarks, and strategic talent advice.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
- Candidate Attraction: Source and engage high-caliber candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and personal networks.
- Recruitment Delivery: Oversee the complete recruitment process, from job brief to offer, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates alike.
- Offer & Negotiation: Assist both clients and candidates in negotiating terms and securing the best packages during the offer stage.
- Compliance & CRM: Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn, ensuring compliance with GDPR, employment law, and internal standards.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and share insights to meet client needs.
- Team Collaboration: Embody our values of care, ambition, and humility while contributing to a high-performance culture.
